Shakespeare at the Fort

Audiences experienced Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night in a truly unique way with an immersive, open-air promenade performance at the stunning Fort Dunree. From dramatic coastal views to the intimacy of the walled gardens, the production guided visitors through Viola and Sebastian’s journey of love, disguise, and comic intrigue.

Alongside the theatre, Artlink’s artists hosted creative, family-friendly activities inspired by Twelfth Night, inviting visitors of all ages to join in the fun. It was a day of performance, participation, and picnics against the spectacular backdrop of the Donegal coast.
